Networking

At our networking events, we facilitate connections between the not-for-profit, business, and government sectors.

We aim to foster socially responsible and value-adding partnerships by bridging the gap between these sectors and creating a platform for meaningful conversations.

Education and Skill Development

Our educational workshops aim to empower and enhance the abilities of both staff and volunteers within community organisations. By tailoring training to meet the specific needs of the community, we not only help minimise training expenses but also guarantee that participants acquire valuable knowledge and expertise.

Our training encompasses a diverse array of subjects, ranging from governance and leadership to marketing, financial management, volunteer coordination, and a variety of skill-building workshops.

Volunteer Management

Our Volunteer Management training is tailored to support busy volunteer managers and coordinators.

We equip them with a toolkit of ideas, resources, and connections to enhance their volunteer programs, making them more attractive and effective.

This way, we aim to streamline the process and maximise the impact of volunteer efforts.

VEXPO FNQ Volunteer Expo

VEXPO Training and Events

What is VEXPO, you ask?

It’s more than just an event — it’s a vibrant celebration of our community’s spirit. Imagine a space where people of all abilities and ages come together to explore a diverse range of interests and forge new connections. Whether you’re passionate about social causes, arts and culture, the environment, or furry friends, VEXPO has something for everyone.

But that’s not all!

VEXPO isn’t just about attendees — it’s a golden opportunity for local groups to shine. Over 30 remarkable not-for-profit organisations will grace Tank 3 on Collins Avenue, showcasing their impactful work. From social initiatives to cultural endeavours, environmental conservation, and animal welfare, these groups are the backbone of our community.

And guess what? VEXPO shares the stage with the beloved monthly Tanks market, offering an even wider array of experiences for all attendees.
